Location : Strategic location. Eco Sanctuary is near to Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, the township is also easily accessible via Klang Valley’s network of major expressways and arterial roads namely KESAS, LKSA, ELITE, SKVE and West Coast Expressway, with many major trunk roads

Design : Designed and targeted high-end market in Kota Kemuning and Shah Alam area. With the units facing the park. Each level accommodates 8 to 10 units and served by 4 lifts. The choice of which tower you wish to be in will depend on what you would like to look at: the forest view, the pool view and etc.

Pricing : The Parque @ Eco Sanctuary is the first highrise in this area, it has no comparison. But looking at the pricing of landed properties, RM700psf is quite fair depending on the orientation of the units choosen. Lets check out the upoming IJM's serviced apartments in Rimbahyu in Q4 2016 as comparison.
