Meridian 101º or M101º@ Bukit Bintang is a upcoming development project located at Jalan Baba. This is a mixed development of  Commercial Retails, Small Office Flexible Office (SOFO), Hotel Suite & Sky Bar with Infinity Pool.

The SoFos in the development may not come with parking bays, but in view of the nearby Star LRT and KL Monorail Hang Tuah stations and upcoming MRT Bukit Bintang and Merdeka stations.
Best Western, the world’s largest hotel operator, will manage M101 Holdings’ hotels in the 10 projects. It already runs four in Kuala Lumpur, including a Best Western Premier. The US-based hospitality group is on an aggressive expansion drive and is set to open nine hotels here over the next two years, five of which are scheduled to open this year.

PTLM has received confirmation that a New World Class landmark is set to be developed by M101 Holdings Group in Kuala Lumpur. Tentatively called "M101° The SkyWheel", the new twin office suites towers are located adjacent to Setia Sky Residences.

They will soar 65- and 63-storeys overlooking the panoramic skyline consisting of the Petronas Twin Towers and the City's Golden Triangle.

The development will also introduce Malaysia's first sky-retail floors and Malaysia's highest Ferris Wheel (for observatory and tourism) at Level 49 of the tower structure.
