KL EAST is a new integrated township development within the Kuala Lumpur city limits. The exact location is at Desa Melawati area. Review : -Location : The project is located in mature area of Petaling Jaya, it can be easily accessed to KL, PJ and other parts of Klang Valley.


Design : The 2 blocks are designed in facing north and south. These are so-called north & south towers. South tower is launched first. The facilities podium is located at Level 7. These building is categorized as green building. There is an elevated green park at HighPark Suites. It is a wellness sanctuary where you can jog, cycle, swim, exercise, play with your kids and have fun in a nature environment.

Price : The pricing is at the high side when we are talking about 1000psf, however, looking at the sizes, the absolute price is still acceptable. As a comparison, Paradigm Residences was also sold at 1000psf 2 years back.
