These building is categorized as green building. There is an elevated green park at HighPark Suites. It is a wellness sanctuary where you can jog, cycle, swim, exercise, play with your kids and have fun in a nature environment.

Price : The pricing is at the high side when we are talking about 1000psf, however, looking at the sizes, the absolute price is still acceptable. As a comparison, Paradigm Residences was also sold at 1000psf 2 years back.
